The PTO is currently seeking parents to fill any open positions for the following offices for the 2022-2023 school year. If you are interested or would like to nominate someone you think would be a great candidate, please complete the form below. Please contact a current PTO officer with any questions you have about the offices and process.
*Officers are elected for one year and may serve no more than two consecutive terms in the same office.
President: Serves as principal executive officer of the organization. Supervises and controls activities of the organization. Presides and participates in all executive and membership meetings.
Vice President: Acts as Aide to the President and performs the President’s duties in the absence or inability of the President. Acts as Chairperson of the fundraising committee.
Secretary: Keeps the minutes of the proceedings of the membership and executive committee. Conducts delegated correspondence and performs other assigned duties.
Treasurer: Receives all funds for the organization, deposits funds, and keeps an accurate record of receipts and expenses. Reports account balances at membership or monthly meetings. Performs delegated duties as assigned.
Parliamentarian: Keeps all PTO Executive Board meetings in order and helps to follow the Roberts Rules in meetings.
Volunteer Coordinator: Helps to recruit and schedule volunteers for all events for which volunteers are needed.
