At Wallbucks Complete Marine Care, LLC, we do things in an up front, full disclosure method to take the guessing game out of the equation. Please review the process below.
Questions? Feel free to call and we will review your exact situation.
Upon initial contact, we will ask you for basic information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, vessel details and requested service. Wallbucks Complete Marine Care, LLC. will always protect your information with high level secured server protocols and we will NEVER share your information with anyone ever!
We will schedule an appointment to fulfill the DRM Service to diagnose the vessel or evaluate the requested work. The usual cost of this is $195 plus applicable taxes. This charge includes the $95 "DRM Call Fee" and $100 "DRM Service Labor". You will be sent an estimate after the initial contact reflecting these charges. Upon your acceptance, an appointment will be scheduled to complete the requested work.
The $195 charge is the total of the $95 call fee to get the technician to the vessel and the equivalent of 0.5 hours of labor. In most cases, we can diagnose any issue within that specified time frame. If for some reason the diagnosis takes longer than expected the technician will contact you and discuss potential additional charges prior to exceeding the estimate amount.
If the issue can be resolved immediately, the technician will do all in their power to make that happen.
Once the issue is isolated, the technician will explain their findings to you in detail.
We then will generate an accurate and detailed estimate of the requested work to be done. The estimate will include description of the diagnosis, the charge for all fees, parts, labor hours, taxes, totals and any applicable discount for which you may qualify. The estimate will be sent to you via email or text for your review.
Upon your acceptance, the necessary parts will be ordered. Upon their arrival, you will be contacted so that we may schedule a date and time to complete the requested work.
For larger transactions, a deposit may be required for the ordering of specialized items.
Upon completion, your estimate will be converted to an invoice which will enable you to conveniently complete the transaction through one of our many methods of payment acceptance. We accept all major credit cards, debit, personal check (with proper identification), Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, wire transfer, and of course cash.
For larger transactions, a pre-arrangement of terms can be made (for qualified customers).
