Facility Use

Individuals and/or groups that are interested in renting the Wallace Grade School facility, must fill out the application below and submit it to the school office at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.  If the application is approved by the administration and/or the Board of Education, the renter will be required to pay a $100 rental fee.  After payment is received the renter will be provided with a key to the facility and/or will coordinate entrance to the facility on the specified date.  If you have questions regarding facility rental, please contact Mrs. Melanie Hart, Principal at (815) 433-2986 or mhart@wallacegs.org.
