Binaural Tone Lab does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking technologies.
Information Stored on Your Device
App preferences and settings may be stored locally on your device so that they remain available when you reopen the app. This information is not transmitted to Walking The Spiral LLC.
App Permissions
Binaural Tone Lab may request device permissions needed for its core functions, such as displaying timer or alarm notifications. These permissions are used only to provide the features requested by the user.
Purchases and Google Play
Purchases and distribution are handled by Google Play. Google may process purchase, device, diagnostic, or account information according to Google’s own privacy policies. Walking The Spiral LLC does not receive your payment-card information.
Data Security and Retention
Because Binaural Tone Lab does not transmit personal information to Walking The Spiral LLC, we do not maintain a server-side database of user information from the app. Locally stored app settings can generally be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app.

Binaural Tone Lab is not specifically directed toward children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
