Application Requirements

Work-Based Learning (WBL) is a Selective class not and Elective class. In order to be selected for the Work-Based Learning Program, students must apply and meet a few requirements and be awarded placement in the program.

It is important to apply for the WBL Program as soon as possible. There are only 128 seats available and they fill up quickly. If there are more applicants who meet the requirements than seats available, the selection process is then determined by GPA.

Four Initial Requirements:

1. Applicants MUST have a 3.0+ GPA.

2. Applicants MUST have a good attendance record.

3. Applicants MUST have a good behavior record.

4. Applicants MUST be able to drive themselves to and from school and work.
