An SAE project is a hands-on learning project that lets you explore something you are interested in within agriculture. It’s like your own “mini business” or science project where you get to learn by doing. You pick a project, set goals, and then keep records of what you do and what you learn.

Raising chickens for eggs or meat
Showing rabbits, goats, or pigs
Training a dog for obedience or agility

Comparing growth rates of plants in sunlight vs. shade
