Hi! My name is Nicole Ray, and I am a 1st grade teacher here at WAJCS. This is my third year teaching 1st grade, after spending 10 wonderful years in 3rd grade. I love working with younger learners and helping them build strong foundations in reading, writing, and math while growing their confidence and love for school.

Our classroom is a place full of kindness, laughter and lots of learning! I believe every child shines in their own way, and I love creating fun, engaging experiences that help my students feel proud of themselves each day. 

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, running, and spending time with my family. I love being a part of the WAJ community and can't wait for a year full of growth, smiles and success!
