Meet the Teacher

A few things about me...When I was asked about teaching Pre-K, I was so excited that I honestly cried because I was so overjoyed.  Years ago I worked in a Pre-K Classroom and ever since then I have wanted to teach Pre-K.  I started teaching at Windham-Ashland-Jewett Central School in October of 2019, which is where I attended school  from Kindergarten through 12th grade.   At WAJ I previously taught Reading, Psychology, and Special Education.  

A few of my favorite things:

• The leaves changing color in the fall!  

• The color aqua because it reminds me of the ocean.  

• Sea glass because it fascinates me.  

• Soccer is my favorite sport to play.

• Tigger because I love the bouncy, excited, and bubbly personality.

• Cookie Monster because I love the silly, friendly, and genuine personality.
