Waitahuna School

We are a small country school where big things happen. Waitahuna School is a well resourced school catering for students from Year 1-6. We have 1 class in 2023 with 5 amazing students in it. We have a supportive environment that allows all the students the chance to flourish and grow no matter their ability or level. 

At Waitahuna School the environment is important to us and we are an Enviroschool. We take pride in looking after our beautiful school grounds as well as our own vegetable garden and several other areas around the community. 

Students at Waitahuna are all provided with a Chromebook each for use at school. We are also part of the South Otago Future Focused Learning group and our students have lot of chances to excel using different technologies.
