Coaches and Managers Responsibilities
Each team has one coach, and one manager. The coaches and managers are responsible for, with teachers support:
Health and safety of their team at sports venues. This includes having access to, and knowledge of, their teams health information (provided by Nick)
First aid. A kit will be provided to you.
Ensuring our teams follow the code of conduct, and behaviour expectations set out by Wainui School prior to leaving. If there are any issues, notify Nick straight away.
In a teacher's absence, you will be responsible for your team if you are at the accommodation. Students are to not leave our accommodation unsupervised
Ensuring that every team member is accounted for at all times. The transport plan is in place to minimise risk. Students will travel in the same car to and from netball/football daily. Please do not deviate from this. Please leave and depart venues together.
When no teacher is available, ensure your team is sitting and ready to eat at meal times.
