Information for Parents

School Assembly is held every Friday at 2.30pm.

Parents, friends and whanau and welcome to attend when New Zealand is in Covid-19 Alert Level One ONLY.

If your child is going to be absent from school, please contact the school office by 9.00am using any of the options below:

Please state the reason for your child's absence. This is a requirement from the Ministry of Education.

If your child is arriving late or needs to leave at some stage during the day, please let your child's teacher or the office know.

Currently there is a bus run available for pick up/drop off at Cullen Road, children who live on the other side of the lake have access to this run. If demand increases we can apply to have the bus route changed.

If it is necessary for a pupil to bring a cellphone to school so they can be contacted after school it must be handed in to their teacher at the beginning of school and collected at the end of the school day.

Students are not permitted to have cell phones at school.

If a cellphone is used during school hours it will be confiscated and will only be able to be collected from the teacher or the office by a parent or caregiver.

Currently due to insufficient members the PTA is inactive.
