Have problems connecting or accessing materials?

• If the problem is technical (e.g. can't connect to the Internet, apps not working, failure of Chromebooks, etc.), please take your device to the student's office. Secretaries will submit a ticket to the IT office.

• If the problem is content- or learning-related (e.g. not sure what assignment is asking, not sure if materials are required, students unable to do task/participate, etc.), please contact your student's teacher for guidance, ether through email, or by phone.

¿Tiene problemas para conectarse o acceder a los materiales?

• Si el problema es técnico (por ejemplo, no se puede conectar a Internet, las aplicaciones no funcionan, las Chromebooks fallan, etc.), lleve su dispositivo a la oficina del estudiante. Las secretarias enviarán un ticket a la oficina de TI.

• Si el problema está relacionado con el contenido o el aprendizaje (por ejemplo, no está seguro de qué tarea está solicitando, no está seguro de si se requieren materiales, los estudiantes no pueden realizar la tarea/participar, etc.), comuníquese con el maestro de su estudiante para obtener orientación, por correo electrónico, o por teléfono.

Students whose devices aren't working should first go to their building's office so secretaries can submit a ticket. Elementary students' devices will be delivered to the IT office to be fixed and returned to the student when it's done. Secondary students will be sent to the tech office to get fixed.

Los estudiantes cuyos dispositivos no funcionan primero deben ir a la oficina de su edificio para que las secretarias puedan enviar un boleto. Los dispositivos de los estudiantes de primaria se entregarán a la oficina de TI para que los arreglen y se los devuelvan al estudiante cuando haya terminado. Los estudiantes de secundaria serán enviados a la oficina técnica para que los arreglen.
