A veterinarian needs to understand the physical as well as social/emotional needs of animals in order to prevent and treat illness. In this course, you will learn about many types of animals and their needs. You will also explore a day in the life of a veterinarian. The culminating project is an observation of animals at the Cameron Park Zoo and a recommendation to the zoo about any needed changes and additions to the current animal habitats.
