The Finish Line: Racing Toward CCMR & Graduation Success

Description: Success in high school accountability is a multi-year game. This session focuses on the two critical components of Domain 1: College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) and Graduation Rates. We will dive into the "One-Year Lag" in CCMR data, updates for the 2028 refresh to include the changes that begin with the class of 2030, and the methodology for calculating the 4, 5, and 6-year graduation cohorts. Leaders will leave with a framework for tracking all cohorts to ensure no student—and no point—is left behind.

We will explore the 2026 methodology updates, specifically the new TELPAS progress targets and the identification process for CSI, TSI, and ATSI labels. Participants will learn how to audit their own student group data to prevent federal intervention and ensure equitable growth for all learners. Bonus: What changes we can expect to Domain 3 in 2028.
