the Chippewa Valley Amateur Radio Club bought a 14' X 7' enclosed trailer to be used for training, special events, and natural disasters. Initially it was set up with a dual fuel 4,500 watt generator supplying 120 volts AC. Additionally it has a solar panels, lithium batteries and an inverter so it can be fully self contained and powered.
A Yaesu FT-991A, two Yaesu FTM-300 VHf/UHf radios, and two Yaesu FT-** were the first radios to be installed.
