Kitana Finley, QA Supervisor at Yupo Corporation America
Description: The Quality Assurance Supervisor works as a member of the Quality Assurance Team to support production operations and customer care system. This role’s primary job responsibilities include managing the QA Technicians training, trial coordination, and functions/skills, quality systems development and implementation, advanced analytical testing, equipment selection and maintenance, and raw material quality management.

Joanna Clark, Team Leader at Point One USA
Description: She is responsible for educating members of Navy Special Operations, Law Enforcement, and Public Safety professionals in the safest means of synthesis, detection and disposal of various homemade explosives and energetics. Joanna continues to refine her skills in chemistry through a wide array of field work and academia.

Ivy Ozmon, Water Resources Planner III for the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission
Description: Ivy provides technical assistance and planning support to Hampton Roads’ local governments, including tracking changes in state regulations that impact drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater utilities. Ivy assists in developing and implementing regional programs to address regulatory and permit requirements related to these utilities and identifies research and data analyses that address water resource challenges in the Hampton Roads region.

Description: New Product development is critical in the delivery and execution of key innovation projects. Product development is responsible for
1) the development of robust formulation, combination products (integral drug device combination) and medical device,
2) the development of analytical methods that confirms both the efficacy and the safety of the product when manufactured and over time and
3) the development of robust manufacturing processes to ensure the delivery and the quality of the product. This group is often the driving force behind an innovation project and during the innovation cycle the group that often deploys the most resources.

Zach Landis, Environmental Engineer
Description: Environmental engineers for APTIM's federal service contracts provide support for remedial and resiliency projects overseen by APTIM's federal clients (primarily USEPA, USACE, and US Armed Forces). The engineer's role includes designing investigations and remedial actions for soil, groundwater, surface water, and soil vapor as well as the oversight for directing field staff and subcontractors during onsite activities. This can include permitting, workplan and report preparation, calculation and design of remedial systems or resiliency installations such as groundwater treatment plants or stormwater systems, and field support for sampling and overseeing construction. Environmental engineers work closely with the project managers or will double as the project manager for some sites to provide schedule and budget tracking for the client. APTIM's typical federal work for remediation work includes Superfund Sites and military installations while federal resiliency work typically includes federally owned land or locality/state projects utilizing federal funding.
