General Guidelines:
A mentoring workbook is posted on the Mentor Classroom which can be found on the Home page of this Website. You will need to share it with your grade level mentor and CICC.
Please use these forms so you can demonstrate what was accomplished during these meetings
Workbook:
The protege will have primary responsibility for completing the Journal pages in the workbook. The protege and mentor will fill out the workbook together.
The protege should document times, dates, and comments regarding the mentoring program in this workbook.
