Memorial Scholarship
The Curtis Levesque Memorial Scholarship will be presented annually to an outstanding student who thrives at the St. John Valley Technology Center while embodying the Valley Unified Core Values of Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, and Engaged/Invested Learning. This will be a $1,500 annual scholarship.
The scholarship recipient must meet the following additional criteria:
Attended the St. John Valley Technology Center for four or more semesters during their high school years.
Has been accepted in a post-secondary program to further their education.
Who has been encouraged by a St. John Valley Technology Center staff member to apply.
C.L. Scholarship Recipients
2024-25: The second recipient of the Curtis Levesque Memorial Scholarship is Camryn Clavette, a 2025 graduate of Wisdom Middle High School. Camryn plans to attend the University of Maine at Presque Isle for nursing in the fall. In addition to attending classes at UMPI Camryn has also committeed to playing soccer for the UMPI Owls.

3.12.24: The Spaghetti Supper and Silent Auction for the Curtis Levesque Memorial Scholarship Fund brings in over $15,000! This, together with private donations brings the scholarship fund to $17,941.53 to date! This will ensure that a scholarship is given to a deserving student each year for years to come!
1.19.24: The Valley Unified School districts of the Madawaska School Department, MSAD33, and MSAD27 will be sponsoring a Spaghetti Supper and Silent Auction for the Curtis Levesque Memorial Scholarship Fund. The date has been set for March 2, 2024 at the Madawaska Middle/High School. More information to come.
1.15.24: The Welding Fabrication students at the St. John Valley Technology Center have fabricated a 20 x 5 shop table to be auctioned off to support the Curtis Levesque Memorial Scholarship Fund. Click here for photos of the table.
