Interim Report to the Governor

The members of the Local Support and Community Action Team submitted this Interim Report of findings, recommendations, and on-going actions to Governor Phil Scott as preliminary ideas for his consideration. Some of these ideas are works in progress; others may need human, technical, or funding resources to move forward. The Action Team is dedicated to a recovery that enhances the quality of life and opportunities of all residents of the state.
