Hearing from community members is the key to building a strong list of ideas for the future that will best support Albany's progress. Community members had the opportunity to share their ideas in the following ways:
At the Kick-Off event on November 16th at 4 focus forums on topics chosen by a steering committee of community representatives.
At a Youth Forum with Albany Community School middle school grades.
Through an online and paper survey. Paper surveys were available at the Town Clerk's office and on this webpage.
When they are available, we will post the full list of compiled notes from forums in November, the action ideas for prioritization discussed at the second meeting, along with the list of chosen priorities decided by the community at the meeting. Then, community members can sign up to join a task force to help advance the work on the priorities. These are all available as of December 14th!
