The project proposal "We All Can Fly" comprises participation of teachers in a structured training course entitled "Teaching tolerance, diversity and active citizenship in the 21st century classroom" and organizing workshops for the students in "Nikola Vaptsarov" Primary school in three thematic areas: Human Rights, Diversity and Active Citizenship, which are related to our needs and the goals set in the European School Development Plan.

The main objectives are related to:
- Priorities of education and training of students according to the standards of the European Union in the spirit of democratic values, adequately oriented in the dynamically changing modern world and building a highly responsible civil position
-implementing an independent and effective school policy with a European focus, responding to the dynamic requirements of present and future, placing the child in the center of the educational process with its talents, interests and needs

Impact
After realization of the project:
- Improving teachers' skills for successful inclusion and integration of students on ethnicity, culture and social status of students
- Acquiring an attempt to overcome existing disparities between those who report under certain school requirements
- increasing the motivation of the pupils to participate and to build an active civic position
The potential long-term benefits make it possible to increase the quality of the educational product at national and European level and to promote the prestige of Second Primary School "N.Vaptsarov".

Practical Workshop - Participants become trainers using one of the themes of the Human Rights module, presenting it to the rest of the group Sharing good examples and experiences - a discussion with a local teacher who has been involved with the Diversity Project and has been conducting trainings for his students on the Teacher's Guide Introduction to Diversity (12 topics) Daily evaluation

Follow-up planning - participants are expected to provide practical training for their students after completing the course. They will be led and supported during the process; will receive instructions on how to seek and receive support from mentors and how to make feedback.
