1. Warranty Period:
We offer a 5-day checking warranty starting from the delivery date (the delivery day is counted as Day 1).
Customers must report any issues within these 5 days.
2. Warranty Coverage:
Our 4G antennas are made entirely of metal, with no moving parts or electronics, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and damages during delivery (proof required).
3. Damage Claims:
Customers must record an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition upon delivery.
If the item is damaged during shipping, the video must clearly show the issue and be submitted to us within 5 days.
4. No Refunds or Replacements After 5 Days:
After the 5-day checking period, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for any reason.
Intentional damage or misuse of the antenna will void the warranty.
1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable:
Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded, as they are specifically made for you and cannot be resold.
2. Refund Process:
If your refund request is approved, you must return the antenna to us.
We will process the refund only after receiving your returned parcel.
3. Return Parcel Requirements:
The return parcel must be safely packed.
If any damage occurs during return shipping, the damage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the parcel arrives without damage, you will be eligible for a full refund based on the refund formula.
4. Refund Calculation:
If eligible, your refund will be calculated as follows:
Refund Amount = Product Price - (Damage Cost + Return Shipping Cost + 3% Handling Fee + Return Parcel Receiving Fee)
If you paid for shipping during purchase, we do not deduct that amount from your refund.
A 3% handling fee is deducted for packaging, courier commission, and processing costs.
If you send the return parcel without prepaying the courier fee, we will deduct the courier charge we paid from your refund.

1. உத்தரவாத காலம்:
விநியோகித்த நாள் முதல் 5 நாட்கள் பரிசோதனை உத்தரவாதம் வழங்கப்படும் (விநியோக நாள் முதல் நாள் என கணக்கிடப்படும்).
5 நாட்களுக்குள் எந்தவொரு கோளாறும் எங்கள் கவனத்திற்கு கொண்டுவர வேண்டும்.
2. உத்தரவாத வரம்பு:
எங்கள் 4G ஆண்டெனாக்கள் முழுமையாக உலோகத்தால் செய்யப்பட்டவை. மின்சார பாகங்கள் அல்லது நகரும் பாகங்கள் எதுவும் இல்லை, எனவே நீண்ட காலம் செயல்படும்.
உத்தரவாதம் தயாரிப்பு குறைகள் மற்றும் வழங்கும் போது ஏற்பட்ட சேதங்களை மட்டுமே உள்ளடக்கும் (ஆதாரம் தேவை).
3. சேதத் தகவல்:
திறக்கும் போது வீடியோ பதிவு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
பொருள் விநியோகத்தின் போது சேதம் ஏற்பட்டால், வீடியோவில் தெளிவாகக் காணப்பட வேண்டும் மற்றும் 5 நாட்களுக்குள் எங்களுக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
4. 5 நாட்களுக்கு பின் பணம் திருப்பித்தரப்பட மாட்டாது
பரிசோதனை காலம் முடிந்த பிறகு, எந்தவொரு காரணத்திற்காகவும் திரும்பப் பெறல், பணம் மீளளித்தல் அல்லது வேறு அண்டனா வழங்கப்படாது.
வேண்டுமென்றே ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்ட சேதம் அல்லது தவறான பயன்பாடுக்கு உத்தரவாதம் இரத்துச்சசெய்யப்படும் .
1. தனிப்பட்ட ஆர்டர்கள் திருப்பித் தர முடியாது:
தனிப்பயன் தயாரிப்பு ஆர்டர்கள் திருப்பித் தரவோ பணம் திருப்பித் தரவோ முடியாது, ஏனெனில் அவை உங்களுக்காக தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் தயாரிக்கப்பட்டவை.அதனை வேறு ஒருவருக்கு எம்மால் விற்பனை செய்ய இயலாது.
2. பணம் திருப்பித் தரும் செயல்முறை:
உங்கள் பணம் திருப்பும் கோரிக்கை ஏற்கப்பட்டால், ஆண்டெனாவை எங்களுக்குத் திருப்பித் தர வேண்டும்.
திரும்பப்பெற்ற பிறகு மட்டுமே பணம் திருப்பித் தரப்படும்.
3. திரும்பப் பெறும் பொருள் பாதுகாப்பாக பேக்கிங் செய்ய வேண்டும்:
பொருள் பாதுகாப்பான முறையில் பேக்கிங் செய்ய வேண்டும்.
திரும்ப அனுப்பும் போது சேதம் ஏற்பட்டால், அதற்குரிய தொகை கழிக்கப்படும்.
பொருள் சேதமின்றி எங்கள் கைக்கு வந்தால், பணம் திருப்பித் தரப்படும்.
4. பணம் மீளளிப்பு கணக்கீடு:
பணம் மீளளிப்பு தொகை = பொருளின் விலை - (சேத செலவு + திரும்ப அனுப்பும் தபால் செலவு + 3% கையாளுதல் கட்டணம் + திரும்பப் பெறும் பார்சல் தொகை)
நீங்கள் ஆண்டானாவினை எம்மிடமிருந்து வாங்கும் போது தபால் கட்டணம் செலுத்தியிருந்தால் பணம் மீளளிக்கும் போது தபால் கட்டணம் கழிக்கப்படாது. இலவச டெலிவரி மூலம் ஆண்டானாவினை நீங்கள் பெற்றிருந்தால் தபால் கட்டணம் கழிக்கப்படும்.
3% கையாளுதல் கட்டணம் தொகுப்பு மற்றும் தபால் சேவைகளுக்காக கழிக்கப்படும்.
திரும்ப அனுப்பும் போது தபால் கட்டணம் செலுத்தவில்லை என்றால், அந்தத் தொகையும் மீளளிப்புத் தொகையில் இருந்து கழிக்கப்படும்.
