The National School Choral Award® is the highest honor for high school choral performers. It recognizes the dedication and musical achievement of the top male and female choral students.
The Director’s Award for Chorus® honors an outstanding member of the junior or senior class. They show dedication to helping the director and others at its highest attributes. They have left their mark on this program and we will be forever grateful.
The Show Choir Award is given to a member of the show choir that has shown leadership, dedication, positivity, and teamwork. This award winner shows all the attributes day in and day out. They have been a great influence on the program and have given the group a base to grow from.
The Musical Theater Award goes to a leader that has put in the extra effort, helped others, came prepared to rehearsals, and was an overall asset to the program
The Underclassman Award goes to an underclassman of Amplified Show Choir that has shown leadership, dedication, positivity, and teamwork.
Leonard Bernstein Musicianship Award honors Leonard's dedication to the musical arts. In his long career Bernstein made an indelible mark on the musical world as a conductor, composer, and teacher. This award will honor students whose musical contributions, dedication, and creativity set them apart as deserving of the highest recognition for their achievements. This award goes to an upperclassmen student participating in both band and choir.
The Quincy Jones Musicianship Award honors outstanding students for their creativity and musicianship. In his long musical career Quincy Jones has done it all as a composer, arranger, performer, producer, and teacher. Every music program has those students who share this boundless energy and musical versatility. With his approval we initiate this award to encourage students in their pursuit of music. This award goes to an upperclassmen student participating in both band and choir.
