The Open Water Course is set up to teach each student the fundamental knowledge, skills, and safety procedures to dive recreationally on open circuit SCUBA to a maximum depth of 60 feet. The course is divided into 5 sections, all of which must be attended and passed for completion of this certification.

April 12th-20th 2025:
Day 1: (4/12)
Gear fitting: 12pm-1pm
Day 2: (4/13)
Pool 1 and Float Test: 9:30am-12:30pm
Lunch and afternoon break
Pool 2: 6-9pm
Day 3 and 4: (4/14 and 4/15)
Classroom #1: 6-10pm
Classroom #2: 6-10pm
Days 5-7: (4/18-4/20)
Checkout Dives - Vortex FL; Leave Friday morning and get back home Sunday evening
Important: the membership dues, class fees, and the signed learning agreement are due a week before the class begins (02/09 for the February class)

The other two forms are not needed until you arrive for the class, but we also need the physical copy of the learning agreement when you arrive as well
