4-H is a community of young people learning citizenship, leadership, and life skills. With guidance from caring adults, youth explore their interests and develop their talents. We welcome young people from all beliefs and backgrounds, empowering them to create positive change in their communities.

Orange County 4-H is delivered by Virginia Cooperative Extension, the educational outreach organization of the commonwealth's land grant universities: Virginia Tech and Virginia State University.
