Congratulations to teen counselors Holly and Jack Frost for being selected as Great Bears this year, and leaders of our nightly campfires.
Each animal pack elected a Little Bear to represent them at campfire throughout the week. Little Bears were recognized with special headbands Sunday evening.
Afternoon update: We made it to CAMP! Campers found their rooms and got to know each other. The Summer Staff did introductions and we headed to the pool for swim tests and some free swim. It was a little on the cool side for lots of pool time so we headed back to the lodges early to change for dinner and some free time. Looking forward to pack meeting and campfire after dinner.
Pulling in ... the fun is starting!
Get-to-know-you games in the lodges
Swim tests determine which area of the pool is safe for campers, plus we had pool-deck dancing and games.
