Problem Statement
In low-resource communities the ability to accurately monitor important vital signs for infants such as: Temperature, Pulse, and Respirations is limited due to lack of equipment. Reliable vitals monitoring is crucial in preventing pediatric mortality and morbidity associated with bacterial pneumonia or hypothermia.

We intend to design a harness that will integrate all sensing electronics necessary for monitoring these vital signs into one system for use in low-resource environments. The device will output similar measurement values to those from the standard cardiorespiratory and thermometer equipment.
