Location: Expo Land in Fishersville VA
This contest challenges youth to create a dish using only a predetermined set of ingredients. From these ingredients, youth must identify and prepare the dish, then make a presentation about it to the judges.
Objectives
Provide opportunities for participants to exhibit their knowledge and skill when preparing and presenting food
Give participants opportunities for public speaking
Give youth members the opportunity to participate in an exciting, competitive event focused on foods.
