The camp fee includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, a camp T-shirt and supplies. Youth may also wish to bring cash (small bills only and no more than$20) for the camp bank to use at the pool snack bar, but that's optional.
Camp Fee: = $370 (credit card payments incur additional fees)
We must receive a $175 deposit (non-refundable) or a scholarship application within 7 business days of receiving your registration email. The remainder of your camp fee is due by June 17th. After June 16th a $25 late fee will be added. You are also welcome to pay in full at the time of your registration. Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee. Scholarship applications can be obtained by contact your local Extension Office. Scholarship applications are due by May 1st. No full scholarships will be provided.

You can pay your camp fee with a credit card. Credit card payment link will be sent after your initial registration. Only full camp payments can be paid with a credit card.
Processing fees apply:
$370= + $15.00 processing fee = $385 full fee for camper
Refund Policy
If camp is cancelled by Virginia Cooperative Extension, the 4-H Center management or the state or federal government, fees will be fully refunded. If for medical reasons youth are not admitted into camp, a refund minus the required deposit will be provided. Notification for medical withdrawal must be made between 2 weeks prior to and up to the day of camp and a medical professional's note may be required. If youth have to leave camp once they have checked in due to an exposure, a partial refund will be prorated and granted. Refunds for anything other than the medical reasons (as stated above) will not be granted after the July 1, 2023 deadline.
Scholarship awards depend on donations received and are awarded on a first come, first serve basis. All scholarship requests are due to your Extension office by May 1st. Your county Extension staff will communicate the amount due and the payment deadline once scholarship forms are reviewed.
Please submit your Scholarship Application within 7 business days of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment. No full scholarships will be provided.
