WEYMOUTH, M.A. — Virginia Tech looks to break a two-game losing streak against Boston College on Sunday morning after losing its last two matches to Duke and Syracuse. The match against the Eagles on Sunday will wrap up the two-game road trip for the Hokies.

Boston College played against No. 15 Virginia at home on Friday and was shut out 7-0. BC is 2-3 overall, 1-3 in the ACC this season. Its lone conference win comes from Notre Dame as they defeated the Irish 4-3 in South Bend on Feb. 19th.

The Eagles’ only ranked player in their singles lineup is No. 76 Yufie Long. In their doubles lineup, No. 25 Long and Kylie Wilcox are the only ranked pair.

VT is 2-5 overall, 0-2 in the ACC this season and is still looking for its first conference win. Tech is currently in last place in the conference standings and a win on Sunday will remove them from the bottom of the pack.

Virginia Tech takes on Boston College Sunday morning at 10 a.m. from Weymouth, M.A.
