The camp fee for campers is $425. The camp fee for CITs is $375. The camp fee for teen counselors is $225.  This fee includes lodging and meals for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt, transportation, and class materials & supplies. The camp fee can be paid by EXACT cash, check, or money order. A $100 deposit for all youth should be received by our office within 7 days of you receiving your confirmation email.

If using check or money order, please make payable to VCE-Virginia Beach. Please add the youth's first initial, last name, and 4-H Camp on the Memo Line. The address can be found under the "Our Office" tab. 

If you opt to mail payments rather than bringing them in person, please be mindful of deadlines!

We're excited to offer a payment plan for campers for 4-H Camp 2026! 

While you are more than welcome to pay the entire balance at once, or to pay the remainder of your balance off early, we want to offer this option for those who wish to pay in installments!

Please see the dates below for payment deadlines:

• Deposit: $100, DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS of receiving your confirmation email.

• Second Payment: $100, due by Monday, May 4th at 4:30PM

• Third Payment: $125, due by Monday, May 25th at 4:30PM

• Final Payment: $100, due by Monday, June 8th at 4:30PM

A limited number of partial need-based scholarships are available upon request! Please contact Ms. Des at deowens@vbgov.com or (757)385-4769 to inquire about this option. If a partial camp scholarship is requested, the amount may be reflected on your final payments. The scholarship application deadline is April 20th, 2026.

It is very important that payments be made on time to secure your camper's spot.
