4-H Camp Registration

4-H Camp Registration opens on Monday, April 13, 9:00AM, closes on Friday, April 24, 4:00PM, 

and available to the first 100 girls, 60 boys (with full payment), or whichever occurs first.

STEPS TO ENROLL as a 4-H MEMBER and 4-H CAMP PRE-REGISTRATION

• 1. Enroll as a Pulaski County 4-H Member through 4-H Online

     • Steps to follow to enroll as a 4-H member can be found here: 4-H Camp Tip Sheet - Enrolling a Youth in 4-H Online 2.0

       • UNIT/COUNTY participating: PULASKI (this is where you are participating in 4-H, not the City or County you live)

       • CLUB: 4-H Camp

       • Project: Personal Development

After you've enrolled as a Pulaski County 4-H Member then complete the online 4-H Camp Pre-Registration Form AVAILABLE 4.13.2026 @ 9AM.

Both of these must be done before the Extension Office will call you.

• 2. Someone from the Extension Office will call to confirm approval your Pulaski County 4-H Member Enrollment and Pre-Registration with 5 - 7 business days. 
     
     

  3. Then, you bring your $385 Camp Fee and Current Picture, and your printed/completed:

     •  4-H Camper Information Form.

     • 4-H Health History Report Form.

     • 4-H Medication Form. 

     • and 4-H Equine Waiver Form, to the Pulaski Extension Office for your camper to be fully registered.  

     • This must be done within 48 hours otherwise your child(ren)'s spot will be released to the next person in line.

     • If needed, we can print copies for you and have ready at the Extension Office.
