This year's camp fee is $410, which includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, camp tshirt and all class/activity supplies. Transportation is not provided.
Your camp registration is not complete until you have submitted the registration form and payment . Payment is due within 7 days of receiving registration form & Payment instructions.
After completing your camper(s) registration form, you will receive an email within 1 BUSINESS DAY with instructions on completing your camp fee payment based on which option you chose and enrolling in 4-H Online.
There are two options for payment:
Credit Card: All credit card payments are made through Extended Education System (Credit processing system)
Cash/Check/Money Order: Payments can be made inside your counties Unit Office or by mail. Exact amount is required as we cannot offer change. Addresses are below.

If you cancel before April 1st, you will receive a refund of monies paid less the $50 processing fee. Refunds generally take 4-6 weeks to be processed by VA Tech. No refunds after April 1st. Request to cancel must be made by email to hajohnson@vt.edu.
