Payment

This year the camp fee is $365, which includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt, class supplies, and $10 for snacks at the pool. Full payment is due within one week of submitting your camp registration form.  Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made by submitting a separate check.

Mail or drop off a check made payable to Treasurer of VT to your County Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section.

Request a Scholarship

Scholarships are available for those with a financial need. Please submit your Scholarship Application within a week of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment.

*Please Note: Submitting only a Scholarship Application will NOT be considered as an official camp registration. You need to submit a regular Camp Registration Application first, and then complete the Scholarship Application to accompany it.
