4-H Camp Registration

• 4-H Camp Registration opens on Monday, April 4, 2022, closes on Friday, April 22, and available to the first 136 campers (with full payment), or whichever occurs first.

• 4-H Camp Pre-Registration will occur online this year.

Please note that you will need to print a copy of your 4-H Camp Pre-Registeration and bring along with your $375 camp fee, and your printed/completed 4-H Health History Report Form, 4-H Medication Form, and 4-H Equine Waiver Form, to the Pulaski Extension Office for your camper to be fully registered. This must be done within 48 hours otherwise your child(ren)'s spot will be released to the next person in line.
