4-H Camp Registration

• 4-H Camp Registration opens on June 10, 2021, closes June 28, 2021, and available to the first 100 campers (with full payment), or whichever occurs first.

• 4-H Camp Pre-Registration will occur online this year.

Please note that you will need to print a copy of your 4-H Camp Pre-Registeration and bring along with your $350 camp fee, and your printed/completed 4-H Health History Report Form, 4-H Medication Form, and 4-H Equine Waiver Form, to the Pulaski Extension Office for your camper to be fully registered.
