  • How and where will the expansion happen? 擴建計劃將在哪裏進行？　

Our new learning complex will provide nearly 9,000 square metres of extra learning space, including an indoor and outdoor sports ground, special rooms for Performing Arts, and libraries double their existing size, a new cafeteria as well as over 480 square metres of multi-function area for counselling, art display and a formal reception area.

新的學習大樓將提供額外近9,000平方米的學習空間，設有多個多功能室包括一個室內及戶外的運動場、表演藝術特別室、為高年級學生及職員而設的新餐廳及比現時面積大一倍的圖書館。它同時擁有超過480平方米的多功能空間作輔導、藝術展覽及接待之用。


  • When will the project be complete? 計劃在何時完工？　　

It is expected to be complete in fall of 2021. 計劃將於2021年下旬完成。


  • How will the expansion project benefit VSA students?​ 學生如何受惠？

The campus expansion project is designed to support students' emotional and physical well-being and character development, giving them the best opportunities to excel.　

計劃旨在進一步支援學生身心及個人發展，提供優質的學習環境，讓學生盡展才能。


  • Will my child's education be affected if construction work is being done to the campus? 學生會否在工程期間受到影響？

Contractors will work closely with school and avoid heavy noisy works during school days to ensure that it does not affect the quality of education.

承包商將與學校緊密合作，並避免在課堂時間進行重型嘈音工作，以確保不會影響教學質素。


  • Will the expansion affect my child's access to the facilities? 擴建會影響學生使用設施嗎？

Facilities will be temporarily closed consecutively during construction. Please rest assured that teachers and staff will assist in facilitating every student's need during the time.

施工期間，部分設施將暫時關閉。老師和教職員將為學生提供協助，以滿足每位學生的需求。


  • Will the changes affect class sizes? 計劃會影響班別人數嗎？

The class sizes will not be affected.　不會。


  • Will it impact on traffic and how will this be managed?　計劃會對交通造成影響嗎？

We expect that the traffic will not be impacted. The situation will be closely monitored while parents and relevant parties will be notified if there is any update.

我們預期交通不會受到影響。 我們會密切監察情況，如有任何更新，將會通知家長和相關社群。


  • How will students be kept safe during construction?　 施工期間如何確保學生安全？

To safeguard all of our students, every contractor will go through security check before entering the campus. At the same time, students are straightly prohibited to enter the construction areas.

為保護學生，每位工程人員進入校園之前必須經過安全檢查。 同時，學生嚴禁進入施工區域。

  • How will parents and community members be involved in the process?　 家長和社群將如何參與計劃？

Throughout a series of community-wide events and activities, their feedback and recommendations will be thoroughly captured to enhance our home at VSA.
