πΒ Dress Code RemindersΒ π©³
We have noticed an increasing number of students wearing skirts and shorts that do not meet our schoolβs dress code guidelines. We understand that many students have grown and that some clothing items may no longer fit within the required length standards.
As a reminder, skirts and shorts must be at or below fingertip length when a studentβs arms are resting naturally at their sides. To ensure consistency and fairness, we will begin conducting random dress code checks.
Students whose skirts or shorts are above fingertip length will be assigned lunch detention for that day.
We appreciate your support in helping your child review their wardrobe to ensure it aligns with school expectations. Partnering together helps us maintain a focused and respectful learning environment for all students.

Parents-
We need your help! Please do not allow students to bring energy drinks or sodas to school. This is against our NVMS policy (page 17 of the handbook). Thank you for helping us keep our Patriots healthy and focused! β€οΈπ€πΒ
NVMS Student Behavior Presentation
This week, administration completed our Behavior Expectations Presentation during PE classes. All students were informed of our expectations as NVMS students, including behavior, dress code, and extracurricular activities. They were also given the opportunity to ask questions to clear up any confusion.
We believe that taking the time to speak with all of our students in small settings will help them be more successful this year!
