I'm new at formally being called a Fractional COO leader and seeking fractional engagements. That being said, I have a track record of projects and accomplishments breaking barriers and growing companies in many industries - just not in a fractional capacity. If you can point me in the direction for a first few engagements, that would be outstanding! I've consulted for a number of organizations in the past however this is a slightly new direction for me. I'm drawing on a broad base of experience in manufacturing and service organizations leading operations and on the dark side leading engineering and product development. I've also been a key member leadership teams in public and private (both PE and family held) companies from startups to multi-site, international, billion+ organizations. I'm a life long learner and am excited about helping businesses grow by providing the resource missing from the team to free up an overloaded CEO and get the organization unstuck and moving forward.
