Checkpoint #1- Due Friday, March 27th
Your document should have your question, hypothesis (1 sentence-If...then...), Variables, Materials (everything needed for your experiment listed) and Procedures (numbered, step-by-step details of how you will do your experiment)

Checkpoint #2- Due Friday, April 10th
You should have added into your document 3 paragraphs of background research and a WORKS CITED section with at least 3 correctly cited sources. Mrs. Pfuhl has gone over with you this week how to cite sources correctly. You should have also made any corrections or revisions to your paper from checkpoint #1 feedback. *6-7 sentences in each paragraph
*ALL experiments should be completed by April 20th-so you can add your data into your paper.
Checkpoint #3- Due Wednesday,April 22nd
You should add in your data section-this should include at least 1 table and 1 graph; we will do this part in class on April 20th and 21st. Analysis section should also be added-this is 1 paragraph describing and interpreting your data. (6-7 sentences)
Checkpoint #4- Due Monday, April 27th
This should include your Conclusion section-this is 1 paragraph that states if your hypothesis was correct or not; why or why no you think this happened; things you could do differently if experiment was repeated. You should also add in your Abstract-this is 250 words and a summary of your entire paper-this should highlight each part of your paper. This should be on a page alone. Title page should be your first page.
Monday, April 27-Thursday, April 30- SF Workdays in class
*use class time to work on board, print things, proofread and polish papers
Friday, May 1st- ALL projects due and you will present to your class.
Tuesday, May 5th - Project Celebration in gym-Dress NICE!!!
