Q: I am so excited!!! I can't wait to attend Spring Fling, but where should I park?

A: We ask that all attendees please park at the Voyager Academy High School and then walk to the festivities on campus.


Q: What if the weather doesn't cooperate?

A: This is a rain or shine event. In the event of rain, we will move much of the activities inside. Details as to where exactly everything will be located is still to be determined. Food Trucks will have to remain outside, of course, but places indoors will be setup so that you will be able to enjoy your food inside.


Q: Are restrooms available? Where are they located?

A: Yes, restrooms will be available in the Elementary School.


Q: Should I bring cash? What forms of payment will be accepted?

A: We recommend that you bring at least a small amount of cash. The PTO accepts cash and credit/debit cards. So apparel, raffle tickets and silent auction items can be purchased using any of those payment methods. Food Trucks accept cash and credit/debit cards as well.


Q: How much will raffle tickets cost? Can they be pre-purchased at the school?

A: Raffle Tickets will be $1 per ticket! They are only available for purchase the night of our event. Please find one of our roaming ticket salespeople or visit the raffle table to purchase your raffle tickets.


Q: I just can't get enough Voyager Apparel! What will be available for sale at Spring Fling?

A: We will selling only the inventory that we have in stock. Items and sizes are available on a first come, first served basis. There will not be a presale on any new items at Spring Fling.


Q: How do I signup to become a Vendor?

A: Please check our Vendors page and ensure that your company is not already represented. If it is not, please contact Shelly Brown at voyageracademypta@gmail.com.


Q: I am a Vendor this year. What time can I begin setting up?

A: You may begin setting up at 4:00 pm. The event begins at 5:00 pm.
