SenseMaker® is a versatile platform that enables you to gather qualitative data and insights from your target audience. It allows you to pose questions and prompts to individuals, encouraging them to share their stories, experiences, and perspectives. Through a combination of narrative-based data collection and sense-making techniques, Sense Maker helps uncover patterns, trends, and valuable insights that traditional methods might overlook.
SenseMaker® is a tool that helps researchers, policymakers, and decision-makers get valuable information straight from the people who matter most. It collects data from people's thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences.
Businesses, governments, and organizations from different sectors use SenseMaker® to understand their markets, employees, and the world around them better. It's been used successfully by:

SenseMaker® is a web-based software ecology derived from the renowned Cynefin Framework, the science of anthro-complexity and other methods and tools developed by The Cynefin Company, to help leaders understand challenges, make sense of their environments and make decisions in context.
The SenseMaker® platform consists of Frameworks (a project designed to collate, interpret and report on data with a specific purpose) and Engagements (a “questionnaire” or set of questionnaires designed to collect the required data for a specific Framework).
Respondents contribute to Frameworks by completing an Engagement on a web or App-based Collector.
