Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information (such as a display name or profile picture).
User-Generated Content: Data you actively input into our apps, such as inventory logs, asset valuations, text notes, and uploaded photos.
Usage Data & Analytics: Basic, anonymized diagnostic data, such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs to help us fix bugs and improve app stability.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We utilize trusted, industry-standard third-party services solely to operate our infrastructure:
Supabase: Used for secure database hosting and user authentication.
RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscription entitlements.
Apple App Store / Google Play / Stripe: Used to securely process payments. Volt LLC does not view, collect, or store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled natively by your device's app store or Stripe.
Our applications are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.
You retain complete ownership of your data. You may request the total deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
In-App Deletion: You can delete your account instantly by navigating to the Settings menu within the app and selecting "Delete Account."
Web Deletion: If you no longer have access to the app, you may submit a data deletion request through our Data Deletion Request Form (Note: Link this text to your Data Deletion page).
Upon account deletion, your personal data and user-generated content are permanently purged from our active databases.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
