Apprentice will review the IEP of each student in your class/grade level within the first nine weeks of school; discuss the use of the at-a-glance reports with the MCL.

Apprentice will follow a student who has been identified through multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) through the process: consent to test through eligibility and possible IEP.
Professionalism - Required Duties (Met/Not Met)
Mentor or other Lead Teacher will observe and evaluate Apprentice on the TEAM: Professionalism or Project Coach: Domains 5 and 6 (Family and Community and Professional Responsibilities). Apprentice uploads observation/evaluation report to UTK's HAL system.
Environment - Required Duties (Met/Not Met)
Mentor or other Lead Teacher will observe and evaluate Apprentice on the TEAM: Environment or Project Coach: Domain 2 (Classroom Management) rubrics and will upload observation/evaluation report to UTK's HAL system.

Mentor or other Lead Teacher will observe and evaluate Apprentice on the TEAM: Planning or Project Coach's Domain 1: Planning and Preparation for Learning rubrics, Apprentice will upload observation/evaluation report to UTK's HAL System.
Instruction - Required Duties (Met/Not Met)
Mentor or other Lead Teacher will observe and evaluate Apprentice on the TEAM: Instruction or Project Coach Domain 3: Delivery of Instruction rubrics, Apprentice will upload observations to UTK's HAL system.
Take full responsibility for all aspects of instructional classroom time, including lesson objectives, pacing, and selection of materials with assistance and input from mentor
Formal Assessments by Mentor
These are assessed by the mentor during the observation process in the second year of the program.
