Who We Are
Veteran Owned Enterprises is a manufacturer's representative group which focuses exclusively on mobile, flexible workstations. We provide support for Swiftspace in the majority of the United States, and four of us are able to travel within a 48 hour notice.
Never call him Eugene! (Only his mom did that), and not Lisa – He only allowed his DI to do that! Gene has been in the commercial furniture business since 1973 . He has represented Swiftspace since 2014 . In addition to the normal functions of a manufacturers’ representative, Gene focuses on developing all of the training programs including marketing flyers, booklets, webinars and dealer training for VOE. He acts as coach to most of the other Swiftspace Reps. His market specialty is GSA . He has lectured extensively throughout North America and Europe on environmental materials, products and sustainable design , and has addressed numerous local chapters of IIDA, IFMA, USGBC, ASID regional conventions, and various NeoCon venues.
After serving in the US Army (serving as a combat veteran), Tim started his career in banking holding multiple positions including Senior Vice President Operations.
He moved onto banking software, financial software, and consulting, having consulted to organizations internationally. Over the years he has also owned multiple small businesses.
With this background he brings a unique prospective to VOE with an understanding of many different operational environments. Tim is a Swiftspace Specialist who spends much of his time providing direct product presentations and displaying at industry trade shows.
He moved onto banking software, financial software, and consulting, having consulted to organizations internationally. Over the years he has also owned multiple small businesses.

Andrew obtained a BA from Florida State University, and subsequently spent 13 years in California, his first year as a Project Manager at a major Knoll dealer in Southern California before venturing into a career in sales. He was President of the FSU Alumni Club in San Francisco for five years.
In 2019, he moved back to FL and teamed up with VOE.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife (Katherine) and their 3 year old son, traveling, concocting new culinary creations and serving on multiple local non-profit Boards.

Jim brings over 30 years in the office furniture industry, both at the dealer and manufacturer side. His experience includes A&D Market Manager for Haworth, and 4 years with Knoll including 2 years as Regional Manager for Mexico and South America.
He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has given major presentations in both languages.Jim’s passion is finding solutions for the client, be they 2 workstations, or the 1100 workstations he worked on for Westinghouse Power Systems.
Jim has proven success in identifying, developing and closing significant opportunities that consistently exceed company objectives, building and leveraging relations through collaborative efforts to get work done.
Jim has always been heavily involved in different related organizations such as CREW and NAIOP, and currently serves as Director of Sponsorship for a chapter of IIDA.

Joel was born and raised in Manhattan, and earned a degree in Business Administration & Economics from NYU. He worked for a year as a buyer for Bloomingdale's before working for The Charles S. Nathan Office Furniture Company. It was at this moment that Joel realized his passion. Duty called, and Joel served in the US Army as a small weapons instructor, spending the majority of his time in Germany in support of NATO. Upon his completion of military service, he worked in sales with a few manufacturer's representative groups, including Anthenson & Kimmel, before starting his own company: Norman Contract, Inc., where he owned showrooms in New York City before moving to Miami, FL.
Joel is an active musician, playing 1st chair bassoon with The Royal Palm Beach Symphonic Band & The Gold Coast Symphonic Band, and 2nd chair with The New Gardens Concert Band.

Brandon is an energetic, positive, think outside the box kind of guy. As a marketing specialist, he focuses on promoting and supporting Swiftspace. He brings his communication and people skills from his 25 years of experience inthe hospitality industry.
Brandon was an after-school field hockey coach for Elementary and Middle school kids. He enjoys painting abstract art and is anavid writer.
