Cancellation policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time exclusively for you. You can avoid cancellation fee by cancelling by 12 am one day before your appointment is scheduled to take place.  you will be subject to a full session fee penalty or a rebooking charge of half the session fee.

To avoid cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment by email at spc@voahirana.com.
