Graduation Requirements

Over four years, a student must accumulate a minimum number of credits to meet the graduation requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Villa Maria Academy High School in adherence to the scope and sequence set forth. The typical Villa Maria student’s transcript exceeds this minimum requirement in order to customize an academic program that is best suited for her and the attainment of her post-high school goals.

Mandatory events/experiences for graduation – Classes of 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026

• School-sponsored annual retreat

• School-wide days of service

• Annual service-learning hours

• Capstone Project in senior year
