Well -being of students mental health is very important. Today our young generation is facing a lot of problems related to stress and mental health. Mr. Swapnil Bhopi was invited to talk on "Clinical and Psychological effect of stress on our mind and body ". He explained the different peer pressure and social pressure faced by the students on daily basis and how to deal with this emotion and have a healthy mind and body. Followed by an interactive session where students participated enthusiastically.
