Students’ grades will be determined by their performance on a series of projects and assessments. Each project and assessment will have an individual standards-based rubric measuring each student’s completion of 7th grade skills, history expectations, and/or GILLS.

Students’ rubric scores will be averaged at the end of the grading period. Here is the breakdown of rubric averages to grade equivalents:

Request to Retest
Request to Retest
After an assessment, students will be given a week to retest if they are not happy with the grade they earned. They must fill out a "request to retest" form and fill it out COMPLETELY and submit it with a scheduled date to come in. They may pick one up from class or print one as seen below.
