We have revamped the club applications for the 2024-2025 school year! There are two types of clubs:
Social Club
Social Clubs are for clubs who do not wish to fundraise or participate in school-wide functions. These clubs only will only need to submit a single sheet of basic information for approval and then submit regular attendance to remain in good standing. Club advisors of these clubs receive one duty credit.
Social Clubs can be made at any time of the year.
Traditional Clubs
Traditional Clubs are for clubs who wish to fundraise and participate in school wide functions. Traditional clubs must have at least 10 members. Once your club is approved, a digital folder will be shared with you where you can submit your minutes. Club advisors of these clubs receive three duty credits.
Requirements to start or continue a Traditional Club:
Must update their club constitution bi-yearly.
Must have a minimum of 10 members.
Must meet at least twice a month and submit their minutes for each meeting in their designated digital folder.
Must participate in at least one fundraiser OR participate in a school wide function each semester.
TRADITIONAL CLUB APPLICATIONS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 30TH,2024
Please download the Club Applications (*Do not open in Kami as this is pdf fillable), complete all necessary components, and submit it to the Club Paperwork Submission Form. ASB will review applications every Tuesday, and when your application is approved, the faculty advisor and club president will be notified by email.
